Beautifully decorated 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath half-duplex. Sleeps 6. A large open floor plan which is great for entertaining. We've always wanted our slice of the sand to call our own. We've decorated the home to fit our own needs knowing it will also fit yours. We've included a Ninja blender, Keurig coffee maker (full carafe or single serve), top quality knives, mixer, crockpot, air fryer, gas grill, and all we can imagine you will need to prepare your favorite coastal meal and drinks.

In the great room is a 65" 4K TV and each bedroom includes a 32" tv. Enjoy YouTubeTV so you don't miss any sporting events. The kids can bring their gaming devices to hook up in their bedroom or they can watch a Netflix movie while Dad is watching sports upstairs.

The beach is a short walk (3 minutes) with recently updated public access.

Excellent spot, both for location amenities. The beach is gorgeous and so close ! The town is very inviting also but the property was the best - a lovely, clean, well stocked 3 bed 2 1/2 half bath duplex with a superb kitchen.

We all agree that the very short walk to the beach was absolutely perfect. Also we loved the colors and overall ocean themes were fun. Spotless, very quiet and so restful. We put the area guide to good use and the recs were spot on!! We rate Wendi as a 5+ star host.

This was my first trip to EI and it didn’t disappoint! The house was beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, and if you needed a comfort from home, it was already there. The kitchen was well appointed and had all things necessary to prepare meals at home. There were games, beach chairs, beach toys and a Shibumi for shade. There were tables and chairs on all 3 levels to sit outside and enjoy creation. It was an incredible vacation!

We have thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. Most of the house is newly renovated and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had everything you would need and the dishes/cups/glasses were actually very nice (unlike some properties I have stayed at before). There were also variety of board games and Alexa in every room. The walk to the beach is super short and the beach is so lovely. I would definitely stay again!

What a wonderful beach house to enjoy our time with family. My son and his fiancée, along with my precious grandchildren drove down from Pennsylvania to visit with us. We are so glad we chose this lovely beach home! The attention to detail from the stocked cabinets with cookware/flatware/dinnerware, to the labels above the switches to tell you which light/fan it controlled. Literally steps from the beach and such a quaint neighborhood. The host Wendi made communication a breeze and was so kind. Thank you again for facilitating an amazing visit with family!

This really was a vacation "home". We felt right at home, including the highlight of our trip- enjoying the great room and the open kitchen that was like brand new with awesome cookware and dishes. The walk to the beach was easy and convenient. Having all bedrooms in the entrance level and great room/open kitchen upstairs was wonderful as well. Beds slept very well (very soft sheets and blankets). Adult kids enjoyed their own rooms.

Great home with an open floor concept, amazing kitchen supplies for the chef in your party and plenty of notepads and pens for family game nights. Incredible and attentive host, house was less than a 3 minute walk to the public boardwalk. The home has bikes, beach chairs, coolers and a Shibumi tent for those hot and sunny days at the beach. Great layout with plenty of furniture. I really liked that the sheets for the beds and the towels (a basket per room) were provided for all of our guests.

We are really glad we chose Shore Beachin for our getaway. It was amazing! We had a fun and peaceful time. We both commented on how close the beach is. It is the shortest and loveliest 2 min walk (or 3 min if you’re just strolling about!) The house was impeccably clean and the kitchen well-stocked with cooking and dining supplies. The folded towels (including the makeup removal wash clothes) were a lovely touch. We appreciated the serenity and warmth of your home, and would love to stay again. Happily recommending!

This is a great house! We had a really comfortable stay. Everything we needed was there. We used the beach cart and shibumi everyday. The beach was so easy to get to. Our 3 and 5 year olds walked there and back with no issues. Rinsing off the sand in the outside shower then going to take baths/showers was super easy. The couches, chairs and beds were all comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was clean. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings. Wendi was a great host. She let us know everything we needed to know before we arrived & checked on us when we got in. Definitely recommend & would love to visit again!

This little half-duplex is clearly a well kept home away from home. It had nearly everything! It was beyond well stocked, including things like pens & paper and a crockpot. There were bikes available which was a fantastic bonus. This house was about as close to the ocean as you can get without seeing it, so it was a very short walk to the beach access. It was very clean and there was no one on the other side of the duplex so it was also quiet and private while we were staying. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful weekend at this beach house. The home was beautiful, very comfortable and well appointed. Communication with the owner was easy, Wendi was responsive and welcoming. We appreciated so many things- the filtered water, thoughtful towel baskets (loved the hair and makeup specific towels!) bikes and shibumi shade and all of the light switch labels! We were able to settle into the house and our vacation very quickly. The beach is gorgeous and a quick walk from the house. Recommend!

This house has everything you could possibly need and then some! The walk to the beach was only a few minutes and all of the beach necessities (shibumi, chairs) were awesome to have available. The kitchen appliances were above what rental properties typically have so cooking was a breeze. The Alexa units & smart TVs provided infinite entertainment options. The house is also conveniently located near town and we were able to sign up to play pickleball at the rec center, which was an added bonus. Wendy is an awesome host & very easy to get in touch with. We will definitely stay at Shore Beachin’ when we return to Emerald Isle.
