"My husband and 3 teen children stayed for 3 nights. It was an ok stay, but there were definite issues. The one positive thing is that the staff was always as helpful as they could be. The other things to know include: breakfast was ok but a big frustration was that there was never any caffeinated coffee. Each morning only the decaf container was set out. And, then the 3rd morning my college age daughter over heard the ladies in charge of breakfast saying that they took the decaf sign off and something about it tasted fine so nobody would know, leading her to think they were trying to trick people into thinking it was caffeinated. Also, we stayed in a suite with a sofa bed. We asked for pillows for the bed. They did give us 2, but had no pillow cases. The front desk was creative and gave me 2 sheets to wrap around them which was fine and a first and worked, but was weird. Another thing, we had 5 people staying there and requested enough towels so we each had one. We didn’t have room service come in and so hung our towels to dry. But, by the 3rd morning we needed some fresh towels. My husband went down to ask and was told they had none. He was told they were clean but not folded. The front desk did offer to bring some up, which they did when we were at breakfast after everyone had showered, sharing damp towels as best we could. Also, the pool area was ok, but my daughter said the hot tub definitely needed cleaning. Also, other guests were swimming in their underwear. "

"For the price it was worth it. The room was very nice and everything was new. The jacuzzi worked and was very spacious. As for sound proof I wouldn’t say we couldn’t hear other noise as the room next to us played music at 1am but it was muffled enough that when we layed down it didn’t bother us & was able to fall asleep still. Anytime we asked for extra things we needed the front desk was very kind and got it for us. From check in to check out the staff was great. Would stay again."
