Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 30 m², an open plan kitchen, two nice bedrooms and two shower rooms. Sheets, towels and cleaning are optional. Wifi, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor : \- A bright living room of 30 m² with TV, sofas (including 1 double sofa bed) and dining area. \- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine... \- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200), storage space and an en-suite shower room. \- Separate toilet. On the first floor: \- Bedroom 2: three single beds and an en-suite shower room. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine. The flat is ideally located in Embrun, 800 metres on foot from the historic town centre, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
