The service is impeccable — professional, sincere, and always delivered with a smile. Every member of the staff contributed to making my stay comfortable and memorable.
I would like to extend special appreciation to the bartender, Mohamed. His kindness, professionalism, and remarkable talent for crafting exceptional cocktails were truly unforgettable. Mohamed’s warm personality and outstanding service made every evening at the hotel bar a genuine pleasure.
The food was equally exceptional — fresh, beautifully presented, and full of exquisite flavors. Every meal felt like a fine dining experience.
I wholeheartedly recommend The St. Regis Amman to anyone seeking an unforgettable stay in Jordan. I look forward to returning in the future.
