    "This was a one and done for us. The property has a great location but the rooms need some serious improvements. The bathroom had mold and the tub needs to be seriously scrubbed. The carpet in the room was so dark I couldn’t tell if it was meant to be that way. The property has potential but it needs to be maintained better."
