"We stayed at Motel Ely for a couple of nights while on a quick sightseeing trip to Ely. Even though the motel is right on the Main thoroughfare through town, it is quiet. Ownership is friendly and always helpful. I always prefer the Mom and Pop motels and this one gets 5 stars."

"Great spot! Plenty of room to cook, great fishing, quiet, and relaxing. We launched our small 12 foot boat which was awesome. A word of advice, if your boat is bigger than that, you might want to launch at the resort across the lake so there’s adequate space to back in. The lake is a short walk down the hill through a pretty path. I caught my first very large bass (a mounter!) and our dog who is fighting terminal cancer can happy and comfortable. He really liked the fan that was in the office. Lake is pristine with great swimming and sunsets. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks to the hosts for a great stay! "

The space was perfect for my mom and I to have some privacy from each other at night but still be close. The fridge was a nice size for being a mini fridge. We had everything we needed for a long weekend."

"We had such a good time, and we cannot wait to book The Atomic Lodge again. The home is so welcoming, and offered lots of comfy spaces to chill after our adventures in and around Ely. We took advantage of the walking proximity to town the whole time we were there, but once we were back at the lodge, we felt as if we were tucked in our own private space in the woods.
