This is the second time we stayed at this property and its met all of our expectations. Highly recommend Ramada in Ely, Nevada. especially if your traveling with a pet. The staff was great.

Good, clean accommodations and great place for everyone. Kids got to swim and adults got some time on the slots. Breakfast was poor. A sack breakfast but from the sounds of it, that is a temporary thing.

I did not like staying in theannex. if i wanted to stay in a motel, i would have booked a motel. staff was nice but this was not the quality i expected.

I booked a room off of seeing a building on Expedia’s website with rooms you access from the inside of the building. When we got to the hotel the staff checked us in and sent us across the street to a building with access doors on the outside of the building. Our room faced an alley. Our free breakfast was a bagged breakfast which they gave us at checkin and said we could warm in the microwave in the morning. It actually wasn’t too bad, but not what we expected.

Everything looked great when we walked in. The bathroom had a couple of cracked floor tiles and some areas around the tub needed new grout. There was no additional fee for having a pet. The cabinet for the refrigerator and microwave needs to be updated and the room entry door didn’t feel completely secure. The room had all of the additional items needed for travelers and was very clean. The beds were comfortable. We plan to stay there again. The dining room offered only dinner and a bag breakfast was provided at the time we stayed there but there are plans to return it to full service. I’m not sure if it was being remodeled or under new management.

Property is in good location and easy parking. The 2 Queen Bed room is clean and enjoyable. Has coffee machine and refridge along with a micro wave machine. Having a bar and casino is very nice. Very nice pool area to enjoy..

I didn't like having to walk across the street to our room. The room was stuffy, a bit dusty and not vacuumed. It seems that it was recently renovated. Usually a staff member turs on the fan before guest arrives, not here. Staff members at the main locatin were nice and friendly. A bag breakfast was duable. Bed was clean and comfortable.

Staying overnight on trip and booked with expedia. Property said that most of the time when they have the lower rates from websites it is booked in the rooms across the street. Would be nice to know this at booking.

Only disappointment was the kitchen was closed for renovation so no hot breakfast, no dining options and no bar service … they did provide us with a bag breakfast which was ok. Coffee/tea was available in the lobby as well… not the same. We should have been warned prior to booking …

I booked this property because of the breakfast, the pictures, the set up. When you have a family this is important. We got there and they told us, all they offer is a brown paper sack with a sandwhich and granola bar. This has been going on since covid. I was upset, its false advertising and i had already paid. The rooms were across the street, they are clean, beds are set up very nice, soon as you got in them, you sunk in the middle, good thing for lots of pillows. I got what i paid for, its all on me. Go to La Quinta or the holiday Inn. Lesson learned.

We are so sorry that you had this experience with us.Our restaurant on property is currently under renovations.It will be back open this spring with breakfast again along with lunch and dinner. As for the sunken mattress we will let housekeeping and maintenance know. Again our apologies for this experience.

The hotel was everything we expected and more. The room was very comfortable. Checkin was easy and the staff was very friendly. Our lab was welcome and there was plenty of parking. The cookies, water and mints were a nice addition to the room.
