The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I spent time in two rooms but in one of the rooms (on the 7th floor) there were lots of noises like the walls were thin and I could hear the plumbing or something (I didn’t experience that on the 3rd floor).

The location is amazing & considered the best hotel in BA. My toilet or shower leaked water in the middle of the night. I put some towels down. Plumbing in all hotels are horrible.

"The facility is clean, and this should be the norm in all hotels, but the staff are the real stars of the operation. They went out of their way to make sure my son, who was traveling alone, was picked up, and they guided him on local transportation and anything else he needed help with. Super kind! ..."

"This hotel is in a unique location, linked to a small shopping and restaurant area. It made it easy to find a great dinner and breakfast. It was quiet at night and yet easily reached from EZE airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful."
