We went to a concert at UBS and the rental was right down the road from the venue, it was super convenient. I also really liked that there were two separate bedrooms and a living room/kitchen area. My friend and I made it to New York an hour before check in and I asked if we could check in early, and he allowed it. Really saved us from lugging our suitcases around! Would not recommend renting this apartment for what it cost. Noisy neighbors upstairs. There was a huge noticeable water stain in the ceiling of the living room. Hole in wall behind bedroom door. Front bedroom was freezing because heat don’t work in that room. Faucet handle on kitchen sink was broken so was the kitchen blinds. Stove was dirty and they had leftover food in fridge and cabinets. They had bugs (roaches) specifically and trash piled out front the house.
