Snowmobile from your door just off the main trail, Fully equipped vacation cabin has 1 newly added KING bed and full bathroom on main level and two queen beds and full bathroom in loft. Radiant heat in the entire main level of slate tile flooring. Looking for ambiance, enjoy the wood burning stove with glass door. A wall furnace to take the chill out of the air when you first arrive is there for your comfort.
Kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and toaster oven, crock pot, dishes, pots and pans. Washer and dryer, 55" flat screen smart TV, NO LOCAL TV RECEPTION, blue ray player. Wireless WIFI recently added, A front covered porch, rear covered deck and fire pit. Linens and towels are provided. Cell phone reception is spotty with metal roof.

This cabin is so cute and private. Inside was super clean and they also kept the drive plowed. Primary has a big comfy bed, big plus! Can’t say more about how helpful the owner is, as well! Saved us when our pup locked us out in -1 degree weather!! Thanks for the best ski weekend!!

Visited Boyne Mountain & Sleeping Bear from this location. It was a cozy and secluded place to stay with a working wood stove. We really enjoyed the stay!

Great spot to relax and unwind

Clean, cozy and comfortable. The setting was private and natural, yet close to everything. We went to the Speedway on Saturday and relaxed on the property on Sunday. Wonderful mini vacation.

Very quiet and peaceful wooded property- just what we needed ! Only 10 miles from Gaylord and all the food places and stores you need . Property needs a little TLC but overall it was good . Nice to have washer and dryer too ! Also nice for a family with kids to have a 2nd bathroom .

Holiday Week

We enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing week along with plenty of snow! We especially like the central location. We visited numerous areas north, west, east, and south. There are numerous options for dining and recreating within a 15-45 mile radius in winter, and likely more options in summer. We snowshoed, hunted grouse, and went tubing. The home is pet-friendly, as well, which is a necessity for our small family. This was our second time renting, and we'll rent again.

Cabin Retreat

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The location was fantastic as we wanted to make day trips into the UP and also spent some time in Gaylord golfing and visited the stores and cinema there also. The property itself was so much fun to explore. Upon arriving the exterior of the cabin looked a bit under maintenanced, but the interior was well kept. We enjoyed the spaces in the cabin and appreciated the 2 bathrooms. There was a delay in getting our check-in info, but the owner reached out and apologized, ensuring the email was received which was much appreciated. Our family really did enjoy the time and loved making some new vacation memories. If I could make one suggestion it would be to add a dresser or 2 as when we stay somewhere for any more than a couple days it is nice to unpack some of the clothes versus having piles on the floor or stand. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us!

Peaceful, secluded and good location

We loved our stay! The cabin was clean, cozy, and nestled in a peaceful, woodsy location with plenty of privacy. It has a great location for day trips to northern Michigan attractions. The owner was incredibly responsive, which made everything easy.

A cabin in the woods for Halloween weekend? Yes, please. There are snowmobile trails in the back yard. I found a one mile loop to walk the dogs using the trail and gravel roads. We used the smart tv to stream horror flicks and checked out some of the local businesses as well as made the short drive to Boyne City. Very convenient location and comfortable home.

I really enjoyed staying in this cabin. It's very cute and met all our needs. Very quiet property and we enjoyed a fire in the huge firepit each night. It wasn't too far from Boyne City or Petosky and we really enjoyed our stay. Kayaked both the Jordan and the Sturgeon rivers and saw the big boats at Boyne Thunder. Bonus it has two bathrooms.

Great Accommodations

We come to town for a bass tournament. The house was neat as a pen. Plenty of parking for two 21’ bass boats and trucks. Very quiet, comfortable place. We will definitely stay there again!
