This was a basic motel - older and somewhat worn but fine for the price. Front desk person was very pleasant and business transaction was easy. Would stay again.

Gloria did a great job. On the morning of my last day someone banged on my door at 2:47 am which was alarming. This person started banging on room doors for the next half hour.

Won't suggest !!!
I won't suggest this hotel for stay. It's not worth for money you pay. No proper door lock system available. Not secure at all.

The staff at Relax Inn met me with a friendly smile and was very courteous. The facility was dated, but was immaculately clean and everything worked. I'd stay there again if I was ever in that area.

Don’t expect much and you will be satisfied. Beds are comfortable and shower is fine. Standard amenities of large flat screen TV, microwave oven and refrigerator, but property in general is run down, bathroom door doesn’t close, holes in the trim, and wobbly floor in bathroom. Off the beaten path in an industrial park.

Dirty and not a good area.
First off had trouble getting a card key that worked. Floor didn't look like its been vacuumed or cleaned. The edges hada lot of build up of dirt. Hair on bathroom floor and sink. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The only thing convenient was that you could park by your room. I will never go here again.

They don't provide you with any shampoo or conditioner or soap! Thankfully my travel partner brought some. Wooden bathroom door didn't close and was busted up at the bottom. Cigarette burn hole in comforter. Very disappointed.

Not happy customer
Room was clean, bathroom needs major upgrade, great maid service, side walks and parking lot needs work, front desk clerk at check in very nice, the male manager looked at me like I was a problem when I went to front desk to report a plumbing problem. Even though there were good things to this location I would not stay there again and I would not recommend this place to anybody.

The shower and toilet looked like they had not been wiped down in years. The room smelled musty and looked dingy. I decided to stay elsewhere, and when I returned to get my things, there was a cockroach right outside my door. Management refused to refund. Would not feel comfortable putting my suitcase on that bed, much less sleep in it.

There was hair in the bathtub and it was not clean. Half used bottles of shampoo we’re also in the bathroom. The inside of the fridge was dirty, and there were candy wrappers next to the garbage can. I was also charged more than what I booked on Expedia.

Disgusting. Room was falling apart, lots of mold, bathroom horrendous. Smoking burns in sheets. Front desk had bad attitude.

Not so good at all. Bathroom was nasty the shower was so gross had greenish-brown & black grime all over the tub it was nasty were we didn't shower.
