Rooftop sauna area was lovely but pool the floors down sadly.
Shocked at being charged 5€ a day for “ energy costs” when checking out!!!!
No replacement of coffee pods or tea bags- very mean for a 4 star hotel. We slept ok but some may find train noisy outside our window. Rhine view nice and citibikes to hire on site - very handy and cheap!

we stayed when it was 35 - 40 degrees Celsius and they have no air conditioning. They did offer us a fan. The closest restaurant we found was 10 - 15 min walk away. We went for the museum which is close enough to walk and it was excellent.

Rooms are spacious, the only thing we missed was a water kettle and some large mucks to make an cup of tea (as we're are tea drinkers but coffee goes the same).
