The front desk clerk that waited on me wasn't anywhere near as helpful as the woman that worked with her.. The coffee pots ran out of coffee towards evening. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Staff and amenities were great! We loved our room. However, it looks like there were some drinks left in the mini fridge from the patron before us. Other than this, we had a wonderful stay.

Everything was good, except for the elevator breaking down for almost the entire day. I recently had surgery on my ankle, we were on the eighth floor. The front desk was nice enough to offer a free bar drink while we waited.
