"Staff "

"This was hands down the best Holiday Inn experience I’ve had. The hotel is very modern and clean. I was convinced it was newly built although it’s been there for a few years now. Although it’s close to the freeway and I could occassionally hear cars, it did not stop us from having a restful night. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom was clean as well. The staff was also great! Brandy greeted us when we arrived and demonstrated excellent customer service throughout our stay. When I thought it couldn’t get any better, I went down for breakfast and was blown away. Top tier and delicious. I almost forgot that I was eating at a hotel (and not a restaurant). I normally book at Marriott, but this experience has definitely made me a Holiday Inn fan. So, much so, I booked another Holiday Inn for my upcoming stay in Alabama. I hope it’s just as great of a stay as this property because they’ve definitely set the bar high. "

" Staff were extremely welcoming and sweet. The facility is pretty with a little shopping square in the same lot. Right by the university and felt safe."
