Absolutely amazing. Great, comfortable stay (stayed over a week. Very friendly staff and big shout out to Chip and his amazing team for the wonderful hospitality throughout the stay. Hoping to see you guys again.

Sophia checked me in with a smile. Thank you. Well appointed room with a good mattress and decent linen. Quality room refreshments. Clean shower room with plenty of hot water. Good WIFI for working. Definitely stay again

Property was conveniently situated. Parking was easy. Room was clean and tidy, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was well priced and delicious, with reasonable choice available. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Didnt give five stars for facilities as bar closes early when quiet so wasn't available for a 10pm nightcap! Would stay again!

Had an amazing stay room was excellent prices were very good food was excellent and the staff were so friendly deffo going back for a longer stay next time

Lovely Hotel
Lovely hotel, ideal for Chester & Cheshire Oaks, we booked a family room (#4) very roomy, both beds were soooo comfortable, bathroom clean & modern, staff friendly and helpful. Can’t comment on dinner as didn’t eat at the restaurant but the breakfast was superb 5* in our opinion.

Great service, great value
Upon arrival we immediately felt welcome and the staff were quick to be helpful. We had a light lunch which was both tasty and enjoyable before we were shown to our room. The room and en suite bathroom were clean and well presented if a little dated but that aside was spacious and comfortable. In the evening we enjoyed a very good evening meal in the hotel’s modern restaurant. The menu was not extensive but there was plenty of choice to cater for all tastes. The service was excellent, we felt as though we were important, we certainly had no complaints. After a very good night’s sleep we both enjoyed a first class breakfast. This small hotel is one which we have no hesitation in recommending and one which we will be using again.

Great hotel
We love this hotel, we've been twice and booking again next year. The staff are friendly and can't do enough for you, they are all lovely. The room was a good size and very clean. We booked in for evening meal, it was beautiful. Breakfast is really nice too. The only thing we had to do when we got there is put the heating on, the room was cold, it would of been nice going into a warm room.

2 night stay, would stay there again
Room on my own but other family members there, staying 2 nights for a family wedding nearby. Service all good, evening meal on one night & breakfast two mornings. I got the train & it's about 15 minutes walk from the station at Hooton. Would stay there again.

Couldn't find fault

Good hotel, with easy access to motorway.
Our room was adequate for the time we stayed, 3 nights. It was very clean and okay comfort wise. The restaurant was lovely and a bonus, as on booking we had not noticed one was on sight. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. We had booked so we could get to the Open golf at Hoylake easily, and the location was just right. I would recommend this hotel and it was fine for what we wanted.

A couple of thoughts re our stay whichI think will improve general satisfaction Room 9 - very limited draw space - needs a 3 drawer unit or similar Needs a “anti slip “ mat in shower - very slippery - possible accident , Floor tiles not grouted properly which will give ongoing problems as water ingress which will swell floorboards and lift tiles. Lastly a big thank you to your staff for handing in my wife’s ring which she hadn’t realised the loss at that stage . Thanks again and hope to see you in the future Pauline & Roger Minter
