"The cleaning staff was living in the room next door. They had a child that screamed in the early morning and late at night. We called and told the hotel that were coming in Saturday instead of Sunday. They made my boyfriend pay for an extra night and deposit. Then we had to return home early and he didn't get refunded for the room. He had to pay an extra 8 dollars a day for each of us to have the confidential breakfast which is usually free. But they only had it two days out of the 4 we were there. Staff was not very helpful."

When we finally did arrive on the second day of our stay, they said we were a ‘no show’ on our first night. That is not true, I tried to contact the hotel and let them know why we were not able to check in. It was an unfortunate situation, I had been hoping to work through the issue with the hotel. However that did not happen"
