The Victorian House offers individually private guest rooms within a shared house setting, exclusively for Victorian House guests rather than as an exclusive whole-house stay. Each room is secured with its own Smart Lock for added privacy and convenience. Guests also have access to the shared living area and common amenities, while all bedrooms remain private with no personal spaces shared between rooms.

Unit 2 is located on the second floor of the Victorian House, offering a quiet and comfortable upstairs retreat with one queen bedroom.

Smart TV is set up in guest mode for you to login to your preferred streaming services! Room darkening curtains have been installed for restful daytime sleep!

The private bathroom with a standup shower is stocked with shampoo and body wash.

Located directly across from the guest rooms on the second floor, the shared living area includes a mini fridge, microwave, and sink for added convenience. Access to this common space is reserved exclusively for Victorian House guests.

There are plenty of dining tables and chairs available for guest use, including seating by the indoor fireplace, on the balcony, patio, and near the store area. Please note that the indoor fireplace is not functional.

On the first floor, you’ll find the Aspen Oak Market Place, a welcoming space offering a variety of beverages, fresh breads, pastries, and refrigerated grab-and-go items, along with a selection of local retail goods just steps from your stay.

There is also a shared restroom located on the first floor, which is available for all guests to use.

Complimentary coffee and ice are available 24/7 in the Victorian Inn building, conveniently located just across from the game room for easy access anytime during your stay.

Free laundry facilities are also available in the Victorian Inn building, with a washer and dryer located in the hallway just off the game room.

Please note the indoor pool is temporarily closed for maintenance.

No pets are allowed in the room at any time. A $500 penalty will be charged for any unauthorized pets.

Guests will have full access to their private room, as well as shared common areas in the Victorian House. They’ll also enjoy all resort amenities, including the outdoor pool, game room, laundry area, coffee station, driveway parking, and shared outdoor spaces.

We are available for guests if needed via Airbnb messaging. Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience.

Located at Victorian Village in the heart of Elkhart Lake, this property offers a convenient resort-style setting just minutes from downtown. Guests are close to local restaurants, shops, and the lakefront, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The property is also a short drive to Road America, a popular destination for racing events and year-round entertainment.

Victorian House guests may park in the designated spaces south of the house overlooking the pool or directly in front of the property. Parking is limited to one space per unit. Please use only these designated areas for guest parking, as vehicles parked outside of these spots may be towed.

Each unit is provided with one parking pass and two lanyard access passes for amenity access during their stay.

Age Requirement: The primary guest booking the reservation must be 25 years or older. Children and other guests are welcome when accompanied by the eligible booking guest.

Credit card fees are non-refundable upon booking if reservation is cancelled by guest.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
- If a guest is under the age of 25, or if most of their group is under the age of 25, they may be required to submit photo IDs of everyone in the group and pay a security deposit for the booking to be approved.
- Rental Agreement and online check-in form must be signed to receive check-in instructions, including code for entry.
- Government issued photo ID is required for booking to verify identity.
- $1000 refundable security deposit required for bookings longer than 28 days.
- A $150 charge applies for lost backup keys.
- No parties or events allowed in the room. A $1500 fee will be applied to any bookings that host a party or event, and booking may be terminated immediately without refund.
- No pets are allowed in the room at any time. A $500 penalty will be charged for any unauthorized pets.
- No additional guests other than those indicated in the booking allowed, maximum of 2 guests allowed in the room.
- No smoking, including vaping, is allowed in the room. A $500 fee will apply for anyone found to have smoked inside the property.
- No candles or open flames allowed in the room.
- Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the room.
- Please be respectful of other guests, music and noise should be kept to a minimum after 9pm and before 8am.
- Building has security cameras for security of guests and property. Cameras face toward exterior spaces, and the shared common spaces. Cameras capture 360 degree views of exterior property including front, back and sides of property, and parking areas. Recording occurs 24/7. No cameras are located in units. No exterior or common area cameras can view interior units. Tampering or disabling of cameras will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Tampering or disabling of wifi will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Rearranging furniture in the room that results in damages in the room or labor cost associated with returning furniture to its original location will be charged to the guest after check out.
- Check-out is at 11am unless a late check-out has been previously approved. Check-out past 11am may result in a late check-out fee of $50 per hour if this results in the cleaning team waiting for guest to check-out.
- Please report any problems or issues immediately so we can address these during your stay. Refunds will not be issued after check-out for any problems or issues that were not reported during the stay.
- Any violation of Airbnb terms of service or house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation.
