I would have rated our stay 5 star except for the strong smell of marijuana in the halls when we returned to our room in the evening. The hotel may not be able to control that, and our room smelled fine, but coming off the elevator, the smell was very strong.

The grounds were not kept up. The inside of the room did not look to be cleaned very well. Breakfast was not stocked well and the potatoes were not cooked all the way. Lastly, our keys did not work to our room almost every time we tried to get in. It was the same for the party I was with as well. The staff was great.

One li g ht in the bathroom was out! The shower head sprayed water every direction! The accessory plug on the lamlswere too worn to operate our phone charger! The bed and room were comfortable! The property needed lawn maintenance!

We liked the kind desk people. The hotel lobby was welcoming with lemon water and fruit available upon arrival and departure. The pool and spa were inviting although we didn’t have time to enjoy them. The full hot and cold breakfast was delicious! The hotel has an elevator and not all Sleep Inn’s do, so that was great! They have luggage carts which were very handy!

Description of amenities at this location is inaccurate. The description states that there is a bar/lounge here. According to the desk clerk, she is not aware that there has ever been a bar here. After 9 hrs of driving, we were looking forward to relaxing at the bar.

When we arrived after driving for 13.5 hours there was nobody at the desk. We looked around then saw a bell and rang it. Waited another moment, then rang it again. A person came running out of the back office and said,"WHAT?" I gave my name and told her I had a reservation. She looked on her computer and told me she had no reservation under my name. I told her I booked through Expedia, and handed her my phone to show her the Expedia confirmation number and details of the reservation. She looked on her computer and told me I was a "No Show". It was 8:30 at night, and I have no idea how she made that determination. She asked me how many beds, and I asked her to please provide me with the room I had reserved. She finally provided me with room keys. She was the rudest hotel employee I have ever encountered, and I travelled working for the Federal government!

The hotel was fine. It was booked so the parking lot was full. We had to park our U-Haul that was towing our car in an empty lot in the dirt behind the hotel parking lot. There was no street lights or pole lights back there. We were concerned for the safety of our U-Haul and car.

All of the sheets in the hotel were covered in static electricity. Hotel staff did not take our complaint seriously, this resulted in stripping the bed of sheets and using just the comforter to sleep. How house keeping staff did not notice the static electricity is beyond me.

Comfortable stay
The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There were places in the carpet that were worn, and the one towel rack in the bathroom was miles from the shower. Overall, it was good and I would consider staying there again.

Bad hotel
This hotel was pretty dirty garbage bins overflowing everywhere. there was no hot water in the room and other guests complained of the same things. no towels at the pool and all the lights were off at the pool which made sense because when we got in the water was very nurky and it seemed like they were trying to hide that fact. Went to breakfast the next morning and they were out of everything and had the fridge locked that had all the juice and yogurt inside. Very poor hotel

The room was clean but could use updated. Furniture was scratched. There was no slip resistant mat or skids on tub floor. My husband slipped and fell!
