Very clean, rooms appeared to be recently upgraded. Enough space. I appreciated a small table and chairs. Refrigerator, coffee and tea set in room was great.
Convenient to many restaurants, shopping, places to explore. Staff available if I needed anything.
Staff fluent in English.
Could not use elevator in late evening on my last night returning from dinner, it was ok in morning.

9/10 Wonderful! (1,005 reviews)
This hotel is in the most perfect location to explore Madrid. Nothing was more than a short walk away. The staff members were amazing, so helpful and friendly, really enjoyed chatting with them. Beds are so comfortable, they had full smart tvs with all the apps on, for those who like to Netflix after a long day in the city. Would 100% recommend and would certainly return. Love it here!

9.2/10 Wonderful! (798 reviews)
Hotel, staff, food, room all were very good. The only problem was with the set and no change air condition temperature. It was cold, no heater and air condition was set on 21 c cool option. guest wouldn’t be able to change the temperature to higher degrees. Also, rooms wall were very thin. I could hear the next door snoring or phone conversation. Staff were very friendly and nice and tried to accommodate as much as possible. Particularly Angel at the front desk, and Lola at the restaurant.
