This was our second stay and it was just as comfortable as last time. It’s wonderful to escape the city and relax in the quiet small town and still be close enough to Louisville to go out and grab a nice dinner. James is so thoughtful and considerate. He is very attentive and easy to communicate with. His staff does an excellent job keeping the place clean and comfortable with modern conveniences. This last time they had added a nice area behind the garage with a fire pit! We were all extremely pleased with the accommodations. There is everything you can possibly want supplied here. The beds are so plush and comfortable that you feel like you are on a cloud. Bathrooms are stocked with an incredible amount of things for you to use like shampoos, shaving cream and so much more. The kitchen has all you will need to prepare meals. The cottage itself is very charming and very clean. The general store across the street has much more than we expected and is very convenient. The countryside is beautiful also.
