We were all extremely pleased with the accommodations. There is everything you can possibly want supplied here. The beds are so plush and comfortable that you feel like you are on a cloud. Bathrooms are stocked with an incredible amount of things for you to use like shampoos, shaving cream and so much more. The kitchen has all you will need to prepare meals. The cottage itself is very charming and very clean. The general store across the street has much more than we expected and is very convenient. The countryside is beautiful also. I spent three nights in March after my daughter had surgery (I wanted to be nearby if she needed me. My daughter spent one night with me during the stay.) The house was a perfect location as it was close to family. I grew up in the area so am very familiar. House itself is beautiful. I love the old, original pieces blended with the new, modern touches. Kitchen is fairly well stocked with modern appliances. The rest of the house is very comfortable and beautifully decorated with antiques. The area is quiet and out of the way but close enough to whatever you need. Louisville is about 30 minutes away. Owner was very responsive to questions and very easy to work with. The house was very clean and well furnished. The layout was very comfortable. I recommend the general store, very good breakfast sandwiches and very well stocked. The house was extremely clean and welcoming. Communication with the property owner was extremely easy and very quick responses. I personally have ATT and there is no cell service but, WiFi was provided and is top tier speeds. The general store next door has about everything you would need.
