"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful waterfront rental in Elizabeth City! The location couldn't be better — right on the water with stunning views from sunrise to sunset. Sitting out on the deck with a morning coffee or evening drink while watching the boats go by was truly relaxing.One of the biggest perks was the **private boat slip**, which made bringing and docking our boat incredibly convenient. Being right on the water gave us easy access to explore the river and enjoy water activities anytime we wanted.The house itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The space felt cozy yet open, with large windows that made the most of those incredible water views.The **location is very walkable** — just a short stroll to downtown Elizabeth City where we found great restaurants, charming shops, and a lovely waterfront park. We didn’t need to drive much at all during our stay, which was a big plus.Whether you’re coming for a quiet retreat or a boating adventure, this spot checks all the boxes. We’ll definitely be back!"
