Expansive Sag Harbor Estate with Pool, Tennis, Hot Tub, Close to Sag Harbor...

Not as advertised

"The house is advertised as having a “Pool with tennis and hot tub,” but not one of those facilities were available during our visit. Granted, the fine print states that the pool and tub are for the summer only (like who needs a hot tub in the summer?), but we specifically inquired about the tennis in advance and were told it was ready. Imagine the disappointment of my tennis-loving family when we discovered that the court was unplayable! The surface resembled a sand pit and was not at all serviceable. Had we known beforehand that was the case, we would have booked a different property closer to the beach. We brought this to the attention of the managing agent but, even after multiple attempts, they did not provide an adequate response. Renters beware!"

"I really felt like we went to heaven! This is the most magnificent, tranquil and breathtaking property we have ever seen! Every detail from the minute you drive in is absolute PERFECTION! This one of a kind western Wonderland with stunning design and décor, the spectacular grounds, the beautiful horses, and the wonderful wildlife made this a once in a lifetime experience that we will never forget! Plus: We were treated like royalty with every one of our needs attended to as if we were staying in a five star hotel! I cannot say enough great things about this property! And we cannot wait to come back to this magical gem in the Hamptons! If there were a way to give this 10 stars I would! "

"The house was perfect for a large group. Plenty of place to spread out and enjoy the space. The house was very spacious and had plenty of entertainment- the owner had everything you can imagine that you may need for a stay. The house is clean and in great shape. Such a great neighborhood to walk in and the beach is so nice and close by. Highly recommend for a fun Hamptons get away. The owner is very accommodating and flexible. He was accessible for restaurant/ activity recommendations. "

Fantastic House- literally minutes from Long Beach

"My family and I stayed here for a week this summer. The house and its amenities are great. The basement suite and bathroom are modern and the house is clean and well stocked. Stan is a thoughtful, responsive and reliable host. The highlight of the house is its secluded backyard, patio, clean and gorgeous salt water pool. It’s also so close to sag harbor, as well as 1 minute from groceries, restaurants and liquor store. We have been renting in the hamptons for years and this house is amazing "

"The house was exactly as described. Excellent stay and the house was super friendly! Highly recommend for any group of friends looking to stay in the Hamptons! Pool was very nice and pickleball courts in excellent condition! Host was super friendly and helped with any questions. Bedrooms were nice and spacious! Nothing But good things to say about my stay "

"Kathy is absolutely one of the best host’s we’ve ever experienced. The home was perfect- clean as a whistle and full of thoughtful treats upon arrival. The pool is wonderful, and we had plenty of space in the house for all four of us to spread out. Five stars!!!"
