Everything was clean and food with the drinks was great! Armando was our helper during the stay and he was ver friendly and assisted with everything we had questions with. If you are going to stay here I would recommend asking for him to be your helper during the stay!

We had ocean view rooms. Room was clean and had a nice ocean view. Enjoyed nice pool.

True luxury. Staff was great and the restaurant options on site were all fantastic - several to choose from. Food was amazing! We didn’t leave the property. Our room was a one bedroom, living room with pull out bed, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and two full bathrooms. Room was serviced twice daily. Spa was amazing too. Highly recommend. Great for family - includes kids club and teens club.

We spent Spring Break Easter week with our 2 daughters at Villa La Valencia. We did all inclusive and felt everything was perfect. The place is pristine the food was great the staff all knew my name by the end of the week. There was plenty of friends for our daughters to make by the family pool. We paid extra for a few activities at the kids club. All the staff from the kids club said hi to my daughter after while we were around the property and she loved the time spent. The balcony spaces were great to hang when we were in the room watching the beach and waves. The all inclusive had quality options for liquor there are premium alcohol options as an upgrade but the selection was plentiful. The whole week was perfect and we were already being asked when are we going back to Mexico by our daughters
