"The property was perfect, very clean & in a great position for exploring Richmond Town.Parking is very easy & we simply left the car there & walked.We had a great view of historic Richmond Bridge & the river & really enjoyed exploring the grounds of the Old Mill & Richmond itself with all it's quirky cafes & shops.IGA in the centre of town is the answer to all your grocery needs.Rob & Sue, our hosts, were absolutely wonderful, the provisions they supplied &, especially, the daily loaf of bread, were extremely generous & went above & beyond our expectations. If I had to score the property & hosts I would give them a 15/10.We highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a place here."

"We loved the stay at Mona, The Pavilions Arthur was a delightful place with great views and comfortable beds and lounge, more cushions for smaller people would be great for the lounge, the staff where amazing. "

"Parking and location were fine. Found 3 bugs in my room on different days which was gross. Main light in the bedroom didn’t work. Shower had mould in it. Previous guests toiletries were still in the room and you can tell that the bathroom had not been cleaned in years. Would not come back"

"Would have prefered a walkin shower because stepping in and out of over the bath shower for older people was dangerous even with handles"

"Quirkiness everywhere in this property. Very unique in you need to take the time to actually see everything. Good location to see Russell Falls and surroundings without having to travel in/out of Hobart. We stayed here after travelling the Central Highlands which is also stunning. "
