This luxurious holiday flat is located in one of the most exclusive urbanisations of Arenales del Sol and the Costa Blanca, just 350 m from a beautiful sandy beach. The residential complex has three jacuzzis, a warm water pool, fitness area, sauna, children's play area, tennis and paddle court, sports centre, cafeteria and breathtaking sea views.

The elegant flat is furnished to a high standard and comfortably equipped, which, in addition to the spacious terrace, guarantees you a relaxing, unforgettable holiday. The tasteful furnishings throughout create a 66 m² holiday paradise for up to 5 people.

You can enjoy a variety of water sports activities on the beautiful sandy beaches and savour the region's excellent cuisine.
