The apartment has the best possible orientation (south-east), and is especially quiet due to its ideal location within the "Balcón de Arenales" urbanization, since it is away from all kinds of noise (streets, swimming pools, sports courts). All close neighbors are owners and excellent treatment. Spectacular furnished balcony overlooking the island of Tabarca to enjoy meals and tranquility. Ideal for families with children. Night watchman in the urbanization to ensure rest (in summer). Underground parking included and possibility of renting a vehicle to move around the area. Includes wi-fi, landline phone, Netflix, smart TV, high quality Sintra brand water purifier. Located next to the natural area "Clot de Galvany", which can be accessed on foot to observe wildlife. The urbanization is in the upper part of Arenales del Sol, and access to the beach is through a pedestrian promenade of about 300m, which can be reached by elevators to bridge the gap.
