- Enjoy a unique barndominium-style stay with high vaulted ceilings throughout the living space, creating an open, spacious atmosphere. This private one-bedroom guesthouse includes a large living room, dining area, full kitchen, private bathroom, laundry, and a spacious walk-in closet.
The bedroom features a queen-size bed and 60-inch Smart TV, while the living room also includes a 60-inch Smart TV. The dining area seats four comfortably and offers plenty of space for meals, coffee, or working during your stay.
Set well back from the road and tucked behind the main property, the guesthouse offers an exceptionally quiet and private setting with virtually no road noise and no through traffic passing by. There is plenty of parking for cars, boats, and trailers, along with garage access for added convenience.
During pool season, the beautiful in-ground pool is available upon request. The property offers a peaceful country setting while still being conveniently located near Skaneateles, Auburn, Syracuse, shopping, dining, and area attractions offering a peaceful setting away from the crowds.
