Small rooms but well worth it if you are planning to enjoy downtown Seattle and especially if you are attending an event near Seattle center. Rooftop is amazing. Elevators are old and slow so plan accordingly.

We paid top dollar for a balcony view. We asked to get the down pillows because we were highly allergic. The pillows never came until I called a third time. We were very tired and had to wait 1.5 hour for the pillows which came at me 11:30 late night. I would have expected stellar service for the price we paid for staying just one night. I would not recommend this place to others.

"I spent the day hiking in the Columbia River Gorge. All I could think of after I checked in was how much I wanted a hot shower. I barely got wet and the water turned ice cold. I had to wait nearly 15 minutes for the water to heat up again. I don’t know why there would not be hot water at 9:15 pm. ..."
