"When I arrived at 15.30, there was a sign on the door. I have a photo. It said "popped out for a minute" and left a phone number. I rang it. My phone recognised it as the correct number, but I kept getting the "not recognised" message. I waited 90 minutes, during which time I sent two emails. Unanswered. ..."
