The room was clean and comfortable and quiet at night. The rooftop pool and bar are very nice. Pool is heated which is a rare find. The beach is only steps away. Location is good with many restaurants in walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"This property was fraud when we got there was no one to help and VRBO tried getting a hold of the host no luck. We were left with no where to stay. VRBO tried helping but since it was during New Years Eve trying to get anything we difficult."

"We had trouble checking in, and the apartment is in bad condition (mold smell, etc). The area around is safe and there is nearby shopping. The highlight is the terrace of the building, with a great view of Viña and Valparaiso."
