Great hotel for location, at the Intermodal bus station. Rooms fabulous, but lack of conditioner and hand/body lotion.
Check-in elaborate and took the longest time out of all the hotels we stayed in .

The room was fine in a convenient location. Only thing was there seemed to be an issue with the electrical when I put the card in for the lights it flickered and I couldn’t charge my phone or anything as it cut off the lights. It’s not my phone as I have travelled all over Spain and Mexico. When I told the hotel staff they didn’t seem interested.

Excellent stay in a wonderful location. We upgraded to the exterior view room and were rewarded with a view of the theater, tram, and enjoyed people watching on the pedestrian street below. We would absolutely stay here again!
