Conveniently located, at a walking distance from El Prado, shopping, dining and local markets. Excellent neighbourhood. The hotel is quiet and the staff very helpful. The room is pleasantly decorated and impeccable! Very safe place that would recommend to anyone including inexperienced travelers. Last but not least, very affordable for such a great neighbourhood!

I reserved a queen size bed room , and they gave Me a full side bed. For me and my husband.
I did check prior to my arrival with Expedia confirming a/c on the rooms, wich they confirmed it . Time check In there was no a/c
Some one put a sign on my door so not make room or disturb, not me. And they didn’t make my room. If you reserve with time a queen bed and they don’t have the price would be less of what I paid. But no, they didn’t care

We were only told that neither the bar nor the restaurant would be open when we asked what times they would be available at check-in. This is especially annoying when we specifically filter your listings for these as having to travel again to eat is not welcome after already having spent a day travelling ...
