The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The hotel was located close enough to the downtown area that we could walk to all of the restaurants and shops. Also, the lady that owns the hotel was incredibly kind and accommodating to what we needed and even allowed us to check in a little early so we could put our bags down after we arrived from the ferry. The only suggested improvement I would say is that the shower was built to be a walk in shower, but the shower head sprayed too far away from the wall causing water to get everywhere in the bathroom, but it was easily cleanable with towels. As two people who were looking for a place to lay our heads with A/C to keep us cool. This was just the place. I heard every step from above and next neighbor, i could hear what they speaking, the walls were like paper. It was quite noisy (noisy neighbors). There were beetles in my room that bit, i found also some 2 insects crawling under bed not sure what it was. Breakfast was fine. Super unhappy learning that if i want to pay by credit cars, they add 5%to my bill- this should have been communicated and written. The gentleman at check out was very pleasant. I would pick different hotel next time."
