Comfortable, quiet, and clean small split level condo perfect for a couple looking for easy access to fishing, skiing, hiking, sight seeing. On the north end of Taos in El Prado near the Rio Grande Gorge Bridge and the road up to the ski valley, it's a quick 15 minutes drive into the Taos Plaza or Arroyo Secco ...without the Taos downtown congestion, lack parking, and crowds. Well laid out for 800 sq ft. Comfy queen bed, lots of hot water and good pressure for showers, great full condo AC in summer, 105° hot tub for 2, excellent tap water, good wifi and cell service, adequate parking, small kitchen with simple basics including microwave/full oven/nice fridge/electric tea kettle and an outdoor propane grill in the front courtyard. (Kitchen countervspace and storage limited; best for simple meals, leftovers, and snacks.) One nice big closet for clothes and gear. Bring your own toiletries, no washer/dryer. Nice sofa, smart TV, nice 2 person dining table. Electric outlets for digital stuff somewhat limited. Although it's adjacent to a busy road, it is sound proofed and dead quiet inside. The pricing is great and the owner is nearby and very responsive. Definitely will be back.

Wonderful experience at La Colina. Nice hot tub with amazing view of the desert, comfortable bed, huge living room, extremely convenient washing machines. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Only issue was slow internet, but I had good 5G.
