We had a relaxing stay at this property. The grounds are beautiful, the daily breakfast offered plenty of options, and the rooms were spacious. The main area for improvement is the service, and the rooms could use some upkeep. The staff often seemed overworked and disengaged, which affected interactions with guests across the board. It may help to bring on additional staff during peak season and adjust shifts to reduce burnout. A few changes in this area would make the overall experience much stronger.

Breakfast was good. Comfortable beds, although double is two twin beds. Only one lift working so had to use stairs to 4th floor a few times. The pool was closed for maintenance. Good price and easy location to get to city centre (being close to the main train line)
