"This hotel was a huge disappointment. I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but I have never experienced such rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful staff.
From the moment we checked in, our experience was unpleasant. The young lady at reception (whose name began with "G") was unfriendly, spoke so quickly that it was difficult to understand her, and made us feel anything but welcome.
The hotel's policies are absurd. Guests are expected to pay extra for basic amenities such as beach...
