"The Hotel Chateau was nice & clean. The room was a good size with plenty of room to move around. Hotel Chateau is very unique. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Nice facility with a large spacious room. It was well kept. Breakfast spread was great. The reason why I didn't give it 5 starts was that on the morning we were to leave we found that the elevator was broken down. We were on the second floor and had to deal with a long corridor plus quite a number of stairs steps, plus then doubling back to the lobby. We are elderly and it was a challenge. No assistance was offered."

"Parking is easy. Air conditioning is weak, took 2 hours to cool down the room while outdoor temp is about 83F. Toilet is clean. Microwave and refrigerator were dirty and sticky. Shower has mold and loose paints. I do expect a old and outdated facility but wish it can be cleaner. I paid in full thru Expedia while reserving the room. But the boy insist me to pay $0.61 because Expedia under pay them. This is really new to me. I didn't want to argue for just $0.61 and paid it."
