"The carpet is very dirty, stains everywhere in the room, smells very bad, one of the walls next to one of the beds has black and brown spots like the food stuck, the breakfast service was terrible. I waited half an hour for the server to take my order and the other half hour to receive the food. ..."

"The room was dirty when I arrived. I told the front desk, but instead of helping me, they told me that if I didn’t like it, I could leave. That response was rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I expected much better customer service. I would not recommend staying at this hotel."
