"Good spot to stay for emergency. The only thing is it’s loud at night. People bump music super loud and run around. No respect for anyone. It’s a good spot to stay for a night. "

"When we checked in.. hairs still in the shower tub, used cup in between night stand and bed. When we came back at night, there was a crime scene with yellow tape wrapped around."
"The interior of the room was very modern and nice. It blew us away with the difference between the exterior vs. interior appearance. The bed is incredibly comfortable—if not the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on! The only downside about the whole stay was the noise level. I’m not sure if it was the door or the window, but either way they were letting in so much noise that it made it difficult to sleep. Even in that heavenly bed! Overall a nice place to stay."
"This hotel is quaint, but could be improved. There weren't any laundry machines on site. No continental breakfast. To speak to the hotel manager/front desk, you have to talk through a window: clearly safety has been an issue in this place in the past...possibly still. The first room I was in (117) had issues: noisy a/c, broken chair, damage to the bathroom door--wouldnt close, traffic throughout the night, and a ceiling that leaked when the room above took a shower. Good: The bed was comfortable and it was clean. I reported the leak to the front desk and they moved us to room 111. It was further from the road, so less issues with road noises. This room was clean, but the bed was hard and uncomfortable. Neither room had any place to put our clothes, so we were living out of our suitcases.
We went swimming in the evening at the pool. To my chagrin, there was some kind of trash in the pool (napkins), at the bottom bugs, dirt, feathers, hair. The jets on the pool weren't turned on. The following day, we did see someone cleaning it in the morning, but I doubt it had been cleaned on a while.
The price of the hotel was reasonable for what it offers. (We paid about $800 for a 12 night stay.)
The neighborhood: There were a few unhoused individuals in the area, but no one bothered us. The gas station was very conveniently next door with the lowest gas prices in the area. Molly Brown's Restaurant was also next door. The food was very good, but on the slightly more pricey side. "
"The property from outside looks great. But once in room they need to repair blind. Wasn’t able to open or close without it bending and in operable. We could hear our neighbors conversation. Not loud but enough. Next morning went for breakfast and it wasn’t even an hour into them serving and no sausage or bacon. Just the eggs. I thought wyndum properties were suppose to be a grade higher. But it wasn’t. ."
"Front desk was overwhelmed when I checked in. They had customers waiting and they were on the phone with a manager trying to resolve issues within the hotel. when they finally help me they promised to refund the room because I had to wait and was given a smoking allowed room in lieu of non-smoking. They eventually check us in. The hotel is noisy due to its location near a main intersection."
