"This is a beautiful property, both the grounds and the room. We were welcomed and shown around upon arrival. They have a wonderful breakfast that is included. There are walking trails close by and one leads into the town. We visited the restaurants and the plaza has the Fuente de los 12 Canos. I would highly recommend this as a getaway; very peaceful."

"Experiencia muy negativa. Pagamos 60 € por noche y la experiencia fue muy decepcionante (estancia del 15 al 17 de agosto). El colchón estaba tan deteriorado que no se podía descansar; tuvimos que dormir en el suelo sobre mantas, para poder dormir un poco, ya que te clavabas muelles por todos sitios. Además, las paredes parecían de papel y se escuchaba todo el ruido, lo que hizo aún más difícil el descanso.El hostal es antiguo, con limpieza pasable, pero sin la comodidad mínima que debería...

"Location stupenda! Abbiamo capito quanto bello è soggiornare all'interno di una finca, struttura prettamente agricola. Da agricoltori, quali noi siamo, immaginiamo quanto lavoro ci possa essere dietro per mantenere tutto così in ordine. La struttura è immersa nel verde ed è raggiungibile tramite una bellissima stradina privata asfaltata. Ideale per chi ama la natura. Abbiamo trovato la camera ed il bagno in ordine e puliti. Il personale è stato molto cortese con noi. Consigliatissimo!!!"

"We booked a SPA hotel but Spa was not operational. The hotel did not inform us before arrival despite knowing about that for several days. When we asked at check-in the person at reception effectively said ‘it’s not our problem’ and was really quite rude and unwelcoming. That was a shame because it created a very poor impression and made us feel unwelcome when there was no need. Simple caring customer service could have handled it. Hats off to Expedia who helped to make amends. As for the hotel, it’s really very nice, but I think it cares more about itself than its customers "

"The property was charming and as described on the website. Very good facilities and beautiful gardens. The orange and lemon trees felt very exotic! San Lucar is a pretty's town, a short drive or train ride from Seville. Antonio went above and beyond in answering our queries and giving us advice on our stay.
