Very helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to Mohammed, Redouane and the brunette waitress at the breakfast (my apologies, I did not catch her name, even though she had a name tag on her). I have lived over 20 years abroad with lot of traveling all over the world, and I am happy to see our hotels reach such a great level of customer service. "Stayed at KT Hotel for 7 nights in June. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the room was spotless with a stunning city view. Breakfast had great variety, though the Wi-Fi was slow. Perfect location for exploring downtown!"

"The room was clean but the shower was hard to manage.Also, there is no water heater or cups for making coffee or tea . The only thing that i liked the most was the staff ,they were super nice ."
