Located in Almerimar, right on the beachfront, this carefully decorated 100 m² apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and features 3 bedrooms: 2 with single beds and a master suite with a 150 cm bed, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. You have 2 full bathrooms and a shared, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, blender, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, and all necessary utensils. The apartment offers air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom, ceiling fans in all rooms, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV with video on demand, washing machine, dryer, clothes rack, hairdryer, and workspace. Step-free access and an elevator make moving around the building easy.  
  
  
  
The private, uncovered 20 m² terrace is equipped with table and chairs, allowing you to enjoy stunning views of the lake and sea. The complex offers direct access to San Miguel beach and features a communal garden with tables, chairs, and a playground. The outdoor pool and children's pool are available from June 15 to September 15. There is also an outdoor shower, paddle and basketball courts within the complex.
