This apartment is on the fifth floor. Almerimar has an exceptional climate all year round, you can enjoy the sun in any season of the year. Resort built around the harbor that hosts many seafood restaurants with good Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, Italian, tapas bars and all of them located in beautiful surroundings overlooking the harbor. Sierra Nevada 2 hours away by car with possibility of mountain activities such as skiing, snowboarding or hiking. Golf is a great attraction in the area and the PORTO FINO residence, just 100 meters from the GOLF course, with several water holes and beautiful landscapes and lakes that will challenge any experienced golfer. The large secure pool has a lifeguard (summer) for the use of the residents. The apartment has air conditioning, heating, marble floor, luxury carpets, the apartment has all the interior and exterior furniture more comfortable and relaxing. The master bedroom has a television and a very comfortable 150cm bed, plus a sofa bed for 2 people of very good quality. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker dolce, dishwasher, electric juicer, toaster, blender, etc. The luxury bathroom, all in perfect condition with glass screen, all like new. Living room with armchairs, television and everything you need, plus WIFI available. Very comfortable sofa bed with space for 2 people, so the apartment has room for 4 people in total. Cot available on request for € 25 per stay to install and remove the appropriate sheets. Electricity is included (up to € 50 per month) in the rental price, for 2 weeks (€ 25 included). If after reading the meter the consumption is much higher, this consumption will be charged to what rarely happens under normal conditions of use. Until today no tenant has paid an imposition. Se puede ir andando a las playas e incluso por las noches a la zona de ocio. El Mercadona a escasos 100 metros permite ahorrar tiempo en las compras. The apartment was exactly as described, spotlessly clean and comfortable. If you like being close to everything, the location is perfect with restaurants and bars a few yards away from the front door of the apartment building which creates a nice quiet buzz in the evening if sitting on the balcony but not instrusive when inside. The main beach is a 5 minute stroll. The swimming pool was clean and friendly. The only recommendation I would make is that the property manager supply two folding chairs which could be used at the pool. We really enjoyed our stay and will be recommending this apartment to our friends. We will be back! ##### Jim T.
