The front desk staff were fantastic. Helpful when we forgot our electric adapter they provided one for a couple of days for us. They also were looking out for us when our box lunch for a hike that day didn’t arrive. The spa was a nice bonus after a long day of hiking. The breakfast here was also incredible and the meals were the best I’ve had in Argentina so far.

The staff bent over backwards to accommodate my gluten intolerance. We felt like we were visiting family as they saw us walking out to hike they stopped us and made sure we knew exactly where we were going, using maps and even gave us poles and headlamps. They have a very convenient option to have prepared food that you grab on your way out in the morning to take on the hike as well. Room service for the tired nights when we felt like we couldn't move after 14 mile days. The food was not cheap but it was good and worth the price when considering the convenience if you can afford it.

The best hotel in my Argentina trip. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. I also had 2 dinners at the hotel. They are my 2 best meals in this trip. 😊

Rooms were lovely and spacious and staff were so helpful. Special shoutout to the local guide Ignacio who is available daily to recommend hiking routes and to know when the weather will be best to venture on large hikes (e.g. Laguna de Los Tres). The food and service was exquisite. We booked the mountain view, however after visiting, the valley view is more beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

Parking right on front of hotel, easy to find, felt secure. Staff was extremely friendly, helped with all questions. Hotel seems modern, Jacuzzi and sauna was great after a long day hiking. spots need to be reserved to avoid overcrowding, was no problem during our stay.
