We paid for an ocean view and had to keep the room darkening blinds closed to help keep out the heat. I asked for service every day. They came out and said it's warm air blowing and they'd fix it. It got worse every day. I asked other guests and their rooms were warm too, so changing rooms was not a solution. They’re very outdated and some of the stuff in the bathroom were falling apart or not clean enough. Our jetted tub in our room definitely needs replacing as it was very dirty. They’re also only 1 outlet in between the bed for charging electronics so take that into consideration.
