I ended the conversation with him knowing our concerns were not going to be taken seriously. The one staff member, Claudia, was very nice and did what she could for us. The place could be exceptional, but has been largely neglected. Very disappointing stay. I would never recommend or stay there again. For the price we paid and the missing amenities that were advertised, it was a complete rip off." We planned our ski trip around this information and were disappointed to learn that the drive was almost 2 hours. Driving a total of almost 4 hours each day to ski was too much. Oh.annd be careful with google maps. It lead me to the wrong entrance…it was confusing. Otherwise, I would absolutely stay here again.
