Pros: Nice staff, excellent location (right by the 1er Mai Station), clean rooms, laundry service on site Cons: Bathroom smelled like sewage and the shower made the entire floor wet, breakfast was sparse, some staff didn't really speak much English

It was sold to me as a 4 stars hotels but it is not even a 1 star hotel and I know how 4 stars hotel look like because I stayed in el=Biar hotel for only one night and moved to Holiday Inn a 4 stars hotels. El Biar has not central AC, showers without shower curtains. It was sold to me with 24 hours ...

The room wasn't clean as I would expect from a 5* hotel. Missing toilet paper, soap and other facilities that other hotels offer. e.g.. bath gown, flip flops, shower gel.
