Welcome to this bright and spacious 90 m² upper-floor holiday home in Las Cruceras, in the heart of the Alberche Valley with magnificent views of Lake Burguillo (Embalse de Burguillo) and the Sierra de Gredos mountains. Perfect for larger families and groups of up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, television, and washing machine. The upper-floor position makes the most of the sweeping lake and mountain views, while the shared garden and barbecue area below invite you to dine al fresco and unwind in the natural surroundings.
The area is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts: swim at the nearby freshwater beach on the reservoir, try kayaking, paddleboarding, or fishing on the lake, or set out on hiking and mountain biking trails across the Sierra de Gredos Natural Park. Birdwatching, rock climbing, and horse riding are also popular activities in this unspoilt corner of Castilla y León.
Cultural highlights are easily explored from here: the UNESCO World Heritage city of Ávila, the Royal Monastery of El Escorial, Segovia, and Madrid are all within an hour or two. Ideal for summer holidays, autumn getaways, Easter breaks, and long weekends in nature.
