We had a good time here. However the service at this hotel leaves much to be desired. We had a great experience with Ali from the Algerian restaurant who was warm and helpful at every turn. He stands out as an example of what service could be like here. In contrast the bar staff was contemptuous towards guests. I overheard them insulting me in Arabic as they assumed I didn’t understand the language. Overall expect a mixed bag with service. Everything else is 4-star like experience.

The apartment was lovely , spacious and clean and had all amenities we needed.
The area was quiet and had a suitable garage
We had an issue on our first night but was dealt with promptly
Sofia me was very kind come to check and make sure we was ok
We would stay there again many thanks

"Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée, avec tout ce qu’il fallait. La literie était vraiment agréable et nous avons très bien dormi. L’établissement est calme et bien situé. Rien à redire, je recommande !"
