My stay was excellent. From the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out, everything was seamless — thanks in large part to the amazing front desk manager, Eunice. Eunice is truly a gem. Her warm smile, welcoming attitude, and genuine dedication to making guests feel comfortable set the tone for my entire stay. She handled my check-in with outstanding professionalism, ensuring I had everything I needed and answering all my questions with patience and clarity. Throughout my stay, she remained just as attentive — always ready to assist, always cheerful, and always going the extra mile to make sure guests are happy. Her delightful personality paired with exceptional customer service made a remarkable difference. It’s rare to come across someone who blends friendliness, competence, and hospitality so effortlessly. Eunice is, without a doubt, one of the biggest assets to Macoba Apartments. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and comfortable — but the service I received, especially from Eunice, is what will make me return and recommend Macoba Apartments to anyone visiting Kumasi.

Every single aspect of my stay was spectacular!! I wish I started my trip here but glad it ultimately worked out.

Pool was not cleaned but overall the place is one of the best hotels.

I really liked the hotel and enjoyed my stay, I'd recommend the owner invest in a quality refresh in all the bathrooms as the shower area in mine leaks water outside really bad an when I mentioned it no-one batted an eye. I witnessed a cracking noise in front of my bed where tiles rub as its loose and tiles in main lobby bowing up and loosening. I speak from experience when I say your spilling excess water in a lot of rooms and will soon degrade the flooring structure if not corrected and the shower area is primarily responsible, bad design in shower area for longevity. Hope location corrects so I might visit again.
